We’ve pulled together just a ‘taster’ of some of the amazing businesses in Angus who continue to offer their delicious meals for collection or delivery, for you to enjoy at home.
Townhouse Hotel, Arbroath
The Townhouse Hotel in Arbroath offer a fantastic range of delicious hot meals including fajitas, traditional steak pie, burgers and wraps. There’s also a kids menu and it is all available for collection or delivery to your door in Arbroath from Thursday to Sunday.
As if that wasn’t enough, you can order pre-made cocktails to enjoy at home with a huge range on offer including favourites such as a Woo Woo, French Martini or Pina Colada.

Bell Rock Restaurant, Arbroath
The Bell Rock fish & chip restaurant in Arbroath continue to offer their full menu to customers, available for collection in the car park daily from 12 noon to 10pm or for delivery in Arbroath daily from 4 to 9pm.
The Bell Rock are also now offering a fantastic lunchtime buffet special, available daily from 12 noon to 2pm. Choose your starter, mains, dessert and sides all for only £9.99 including favourites such as fish, black pudding and king rib.

The Caledonian, Brechin
The Caledonian in Brechin have a great takeaway menu available for collection or delivery, Friday & Saturday from 4 to 8pm and Sunday from 4 to 7pm. Choose from all your favourites including fish & chips, steak pie, scampi and macaroni cheese and enjoy in the comfort of your own home. Vegan and gluten free menus are also available.
Breakfasts are also available on Sundays from 10.30am to 1pm. Who doesn’t enjoy a good fry up!

Wee Cook Kitchen, Carnoustie
The Wee Cook Kitchen at Barry Downs Holiday Park in Carnoustie are another great local business offering tasty treats available for drive through collection or local delivery Wednesday to Sunday. The takeaway menu is bursting with choices including Katsu Curry, Steak, Burgers, Hanger Kebabs and of course the Wee Cook award winning pies. There’s also a ‘Secret Menu’ which features seasonal dishes and the catch of the day, a kids menu, vegan menu and gluten free menu – something for everyone!

Chapter and Verse, Forfar
Chapter and Verse Bistro in Forfar have a great and diverse menu jam packed with pub favourites, pasta and pizza as well as authentic Indian cuisine. The takeaway menu is available daily from 5 to 9pm for collection or delivery.

Cashley’s, Forfar
Cashley’s in Forfar do a roaring trade with their takeaway menu featuring linguine, gourmet burgers and mac and cheese topped with goats cheese, alongside a number of different special dishes and delicious desserts. The menu is available Wednesday to Sunday, for collection or delivery.

Visocchis, Kirriemuir
Visocchis of Kirriemuir have a tasty evening menu featuring a range of starters, pasta, salads and pizza, all available for collection or delivery from 4 to 8pm, Wednesday to Sunday.
Visocchis also have a range of teas and coffees, ice cream, cakes, scones available for collection or delivery.

Roos Leap, Montrose
Roos Leap in Montrose have a delicious international menu featuring prime steak burgers, various warm sandwiches, steaks, salads, pasta dishes as well special “barbied” meat, chicken and fish dishes, alongside a kids menu and vegan menu. Off-sales drinks are also available to enjoy alongside your meal.
