Ladies Only SUP Course (Adult)

This is a course for any females new to Stand up Paddleboarding who wish to develop skills, feel more water confident on the board, meet like-minded people and have fun!

All sessions will be delivered by a female instructor, on our reservoir at Monikie Country Park.

Please arrive 15 mins before the session begins and meet at the Information Centre.

Please bring swimwear, footwear for the water and a towel. Wetsuits and buoyancy aids will be provided.
