Rucksack Ramble at Murton

Head onto our reserve with one of our prepared rucksacks. Full of information and equipment to help you explore nature.

Our rucksacks have a picnic blanket, umbrella  (just in case) and a map of our site. It also has information sheets about the animals and plants you might find along the way. Binoculars, a bug catcher and magnifying glass are great for helping little ones get involved.

Rucksacks are available to collect from the Rural Skills Cabin, to the right of the tearoom between 10.30am and 11am. We ask that you drop them back to the cabin by 4pm.

Picnics include:- A drink, roll, crisps, fruit and a small tray bake.

Booking essential as spaces are limited.
