Start your day with a visit to Lunan Bay. This picturesque beach is popular with both locals and visitors for its rolling sand dunes and surfing opportunities. Look out for Red Castle on the cliff top, once a lookout for Viking invaders. From here, jump aboard the Caledonian Railway and enjoy a ride on a traditional steam powered train from Brechin to Bridge of Dun.

Make sure you get a good nights sleep as its a busy day coming up, starting with a trip to the stunning Angus Glens. There are several to choose from, all with unique characteristics. Enjoy a morning of hiking and enjoy the surrounding views and wildlife along the way. Finally, head to Monikie Country Park where you can enjoy a range of watersports, a tree top adventure, zip line and adventure playground.
